Steffanie Christi’an

With an electrifying blend of grit and sensuality, singer, songwriter and performer Steffanie Christi’an commands the stage. Distinguished by seamless versatility and an eclectic stable of influences, from Sam Cooke to Kurt Cobain, Christi’an’s high-energy performances leave audiences feeling flushed and fed. She has performed and collaborated with a variety of artists including MacArthur award winner Taylor Mac, hip-hop legend Talib Kweli, actor and producer Idris Elba, released four independent EPs, and has travelled the world rocking stages from Detroit to Croatia. In 2019, she released her first full-length album “It’s Complicated”. In addition to her solo career, Christi’an is the vocalist for the iconic house/techno group Inner City. Their latest album was released in July 2020 on Armada Records. She recently joined forces with poet jessica Care moore to create a new music project that blends rock & roll with poetry under the moniker We Are Scorpio, which was released late 2023.
