Join us on a journey towards the themes of caring, repairing and healing: we allow space for our own feelings, question the need to function and create an individual map of the state of mind
We will go on a journey together and think about caring, repairing and healing – lying down, observing, body mapping, describing eyes closed, feeling colours. We will explore the exhibition and ask questions with regard to the works: How do we relate to Anne Duk Hee Jordan’s non-human organisms? Are prosthetic limbs – like the ones in Kader Attia’s installation – a form of healing? How do we create community through dance and song as in The Grindmill Songs Project or YOYI? We provide space for our own feelings, discover kinship relations, question the need to function and create an individual map of the state of being.
