Sophie Notte

Sophie Notte (*1991) is a cellist and performer living in Berlin. She studied cello in Saarbrücken, Berlin and Rostock. She has been a member of the Solistenensemble Kaleidoskop since 2020. Her work with artists such as Georg Nussbaumer, Pol Pi and Chico Mello has taken her to Musiktheatertage Wien and the Berliner Festspiele. In cooperation with Pol Pi, she developed her own music theatre piece for the first time as part of LOVE:15, which was shown at Radialsystem in 2022. The performance “3458687” was created in collaboration with Ziv Frenkel and was shown in 2024 as part of “A Sky like a Wall” at the Berlinische Galerie.
