Josef Meißner

Josef Meißner born 1950, teacher at the Gymnasium Leopoldinum Passau since 1981; 1982 set up and management of a school theatre group with mainly cabaret productions of his own with invitations to the Theatertreffen der Jugend 2006, the Theatertage der bayerischen Gymnasien 1992, 2002, 2005 and the Jugendtheaterfestival in Straubing 2005, 2007; 1998 - 2006 new productions of open-air plays with amateurs in Lower Bavaria; 2003 - 2008 Founded and directed the cabaret ensemble TREIBGUT/Passau; lecturer in the fields of cabaret, directing and scenic learning; 2007 jury member of the Euro-Art youth theatre festival in Brasov/Romania; since 2008 jury member for the "Scharfrichterbeil" prize for young cabaret artists; 2010 founded the cabaret ensemble Kellerkinder/Passau and director; since 2010 head of the support association for the Bavarian theatre days of secondary schools.
