Linda Pöppel

Linda Pöppel was born in Berlin in 1985. From 2005 to 2007, she was a member of the youth theatre group P14 of the Volksbühne am Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz. From 2007 to 2011, she studied acting at Westfälische Schauspielschule Bochum. From 2010 to 2013, Linda Pöppel was a permanent ensemble member at the Centraltheater Leipzig and worked with Sebastian Hartmann, Robert Borgmann, Alexander Eisenach and Martin Laberenz among others. From 2013 to 2016, she was in the ensemble of Schauspiel Frankfurt, where she continued her collaboration with Sebastian Hartmann and Alexander Eisenach. She also worked with René Pollesch, Ersan Mondtag and Jürgen Kruse as well as with the choreographer Dave St-Pierre for the dance theatre production “Macbeth”. Since the 2016/17 season, Linda Pöppel has been in the ensemble of Deutsches Theater Berlin. Here she has a close professional relationship with Jürgen Kruse and Sebastian Hartmann.
