Marina Dessau

With the theatre label internil, Marina Dessau researches and explores strongly oscillating behaviour on the internet, absorbs it via a re-enactment method that is typical for the label, and tries to find physical renderings for the theatre. She also investigates high technology for the performative body – face-tracking and haptic feedback –, she has been learning the Viewpoints-method according to Bogart and Landau since 2006 and gives regular Viewpoints-workshops, e.g. at FU Berlin. She has cooperated with or been commissioned by artists including Nora Adwan, Lars Gressmann, Annette Hollywood, Martin Nachbar and Coralie Vogelaar.
