
Elke Buhr is a journalist, art critic and editor-in-chief of Monopol, the magazine for art and life. She studied in Bochum, Dortmund and Bologna, trained at WDR, was Arts Editor of the Frankfurter Rundschau and has written award-winning radio essays. She is a regular guest on several radio stations, chairs panels, and comments on art and art criticism, cultural policy and sustainability in the cultural sector. She lives in Berlin with her family.
