Kimiā Nikpourfarokh

Kimiā Nikpourfarokh, born in Tehran in 1995, studied violin and Kamāntsche at the Tehran Conservatory of Music with Saeed Farajpuri, Negār Kharkān, Shervin Mohājer and Navid Dehghān.

She regularly collaborates with orchestras and ensembles and performs inside and outside Iran. Her activities also include studio recordings at the Yerevan Opera in Armenia, performances for the MBC Persia television station in Turkey, and performances and documentary filming for the Rudaw television station in Erbil, Iraq.
