Sharon Milanese

Sharon Milanese has been working as a professional dance artist, educator and bodyworker for over 20 years. She has most notably danced for the Lucinda Childs Dance Company, Robert Wilson and Philip Glass in their opera “Einstein on the Beach” (2012) and in “Night Of 100 Solos: A Centennial Event” (2019), a transatlantic tribute held in London and New York to commemorate what would have been Merce Cunningham’s 100th birthday. She has also performed with various artists and companies including New York Theatre Ballet, Patrick Corbin, Heidi Latsky, Liz Gerring, Dusan Tynek, Patricia Hoffbauer and Cherylyn Lavagnino. Milanese has been dancing for the Lucinda Childs Dance Company since 2009, and was appointed Rehearsal Director in 2014.
