
Phila Bergmann works as a curator, artist, social justice trainer, lecturer, and researcher in the field of visual art and performance. Their work focuses on the intersection of discourses around intersectional queer- and ecofeminism and science fiction. Together with Thea Reifler, Bergmann is the co-director and curator of the Shedhalle Zurich. Furthermore, they both worked as co-directors of the Bone Performance Art Festival in Bern for the years 2021 and 2022. Bergmann works as a researcher and lecturer at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. In 2021, they completed further education at the Institute for Social Justice & Radical Diversity at the University of Applied Sciences, Potsdam.
