Natasha A. Kelly

Natasha A. Kelly is a doctoral candidate in Communication Studies, a former research associate at the Center for Transdisciplinary Gender Studies (ZtG) at Berlin’s Humboldt-Universität as well as Chief Representative of the European Union on the Berlin Senate’s State Advisory Council for Integration and Migration Issues. She sees herself as an academic activist who tries to connect science and politics at all times and to highlight the importance and necessity of transfers between politics and society. As a lecturer, she has taught, read and moderated at numerous private and state institutions. She is a mother and has been living in Germany for 30 years, working in diverse social projects, like for instance in refugee politics or various self-organising women’s projects.
