Grete Götze studied theatre, film and media studies as well as German and French literature and was an editor at the Frankfurter Rundschau. The freelance journalist works as a filmmaker for Hessischer Rundfunk, including for the ARD culture magazine “titel thesen temperamente”, and also writes for FAZ and nachtkritik.de. She has led projects for young journalists, for example at the “New Plays from Europe” theatre biennial and at Mainz University, and is an alumni of the Theatertreffen-Blog.
