Dr. Dirk Pilz

PhD in literary studies; professor and academic director at the master's program in cultural journalism, University of the Arts / Berlin; co-founder and editor of nachtkritik.de; author of the Berliner Zeitung; was an editor in the feature section of the Berliner Zeitung, the Frankfurter Rundschau and for Theater der Zeit.

From 2005 he was mentor of the Theatertreffen newspaper, since 2009 of the Theatertreffen blog.

Dirk Pilz died in November 2018.
