Florian Loycke

Florian Loycke has been a member of the Helmi Puppentheater Berlin directing and organisation team from the very beginning since before 2001. He is the initiator of numerous theatre projects, films, experiments and workshops. One of his greatest achievements has been maintaining the Helmi Puppentheater for more than 20 years. He is the craftsman of hundreds of Helmi puppets, a puppetry teacher, director, author, set designer, musician and player. Most recently, he was part of the directing team and performance of “Riesenhaft in Mittelerde”TM, which was invited to the 2024 Theatertreffen, directed and staged “Die Verwandlung” at the Regensburg theatre and directed “Death Is Not the End” at Musiktheater im Revier in Gelsenkirchen.
