Claudius Hagemeister has published short and shortest prose, worked as a freelance writer for newspapers and as a scriptwriter for computer games and television. He has been running writing workshops for children, teenagers and young adults since 1998, initially in a youth culture centre, later for the Volkshochschule Schöneberg and in a primary school. He has been teaching literary writing at a secondary school since 2019.
