Shivā Ahmadisepehr

Shivā Ahmadisepehr was born in Tehran in 1989 and studied the oud with Mansour Narimān at the Tehran Conservatory from the age of ten. Her second instrument is the piano. Ahmadisepehr studied at the Conservatory and the University of Music in Tehran.

She has worked with numerous ensembles and orchestras, including the Mezrābi orchestra conducted by Hossein Dehlavi and the Khorshid, Māh and Māhbānoo ensembles conducted by Majid Derakhshāni, with whom she has given numerous concerts in Iran and in many European countries. She has contributed to several albums, participated in various music festivals and is a musician and singer in musical theatre productions. She currently teaches oud and piano in Tehran.
