Eri Nakamura

Eri Nakamura was born in Japan in 1984. In 2002, she graduated from The Australian Ballet School in Melbourne. From 2003 to 2007, she danced with the Victor Ullate Ballet Company in Madrid and from 2007 to 2008, with Les Grands Ballet Canadiens de Montreal in Canada under the artistic direction of Gradimir Pankov. Nakamura joined the Batsheva Dance Company in 2011. Since 2015, she has designed costumes for Ohad Naharin’s creations, “Last Work” (2015), “Venezuela” (2017), “Hora” (2009), “Yag” (2016), “2019” (2019) and “Momo” (2022).
