Laura Burns is an artist working across performance, sound, writing and healing practices. She holds a PhD from Goldsmiths University, which follows the resonance of the Lancashire witch-hunts at the intersection of land and body, and proposes ecological and spirit labour as a collaboration with human and more-than-human ancestors. She explores how states of consciousness that emerge from these encounters expand and trouble the role of witnessing, and how to listen to the 'otherwise' futures they propel and initiate. Her work as a Family Constellations practitioner and Kundalini Yoga teacher informs her embodied practices with the invisible.
