Let’s look back together at what would have been unthinkable in theatre work only a few years ago and what has become almost a matter of course today. Associations, initiatives and individual stakeholders will gather to exchange their thoughts on what has been achieved together to improve working conditions in the theatre and cultural sector.

Awareness is an approach to oppose sexualised violence, any kind of discrimination and transgressions that exist in our society and thus also in event spaces on a preventive and practical level.

Photo Campaign
Solidarity begins with visualisation: We invite everyone to join us for an activist photo shoot during the entire duration of the conference. We provide a creative setting for your statements of solidarity. Whether it is a photo of one person or two, or of an entire team: This is the place to show your true colours.
