“Going for a stroll means letting your eyes dance through the city,” writes Dima Levytskyi. He invites the audience to take a stroll though a photo album of a Kyiv street, where they are accompanied by his stories and associations.
This audio photo album offers an intimate experience through an artistic look at everyday realities of living in Kyiv today. Dima Levytskyi invites the audience to listen to his description while watching the photos of Sichovykh Striltsiv Street, a two-kilometre main road in the centre of Kyiv. The artist walked from the market to the square, stopped at cafés, and greeted people as they passed. The war seemed to leave a shadow on the street – on shop windows, cars, and the people going about their daily lives. The audience is invited to spend some time with this photo album and listen to a soundscape of Levytskyi’s reflections.
